I was very happy with the speed of delivery, customer service and the final product. I have nothing negative to say about the company and service, and I would purchase products from this company without hesitation.

-I ordered two units. I selected two "narrow units" over one singular "wide unit" due to "shelf-sag" concerns et. al. Excellent narrow design - perfect for hallways! -Good stability for its height was surprising -Shelves appear narrow-gauge. Though mid-shelf support (at rear) was included, only "time will tell" if "mid-shelf sag" becomes a problem. -Back panel was in 2 pieces (I ordered white), and different shades of white between the two panels were quite noticeable. (Since most of the back panel is hidden from view, I accepted the color/shade flaw.)

The cabinet meets my needs for CD storage with a really good looking unit. Assembly was very straightforward as most pieces are interchangeable - really nice fabrication and design for assembly. Quality, esp. for veneer on mdf,exceeded expectations. Only issue was shipping with three delays in shipping and took about three-four weeks. BUT the packaging with double boxing and protective features was impressive.

Filled it in no time. Wish I had purchased the larger one. Good quality and fits nicely in the living room.

This was a great product and totally fulfilled my needs.

I absolutely love this cabinet. It was simple to put together; the only time I needed some help was when it came time to anchor it to the wall. It's sturdy and looks great with my DVD collection neatly displayed. I get compliments on it all the time.

While assembly is pretty easy, I recommend having a watcher to compare what you are assembling to the the pictures in the instructions. Had I not peeked into the room and looked at the partial assembly, the sides would have been assembled back to front. At best an aggravation to correct. At worst a completely botched assembly. I intend to get at least one more and perhaps up to 3 more. Then I can join them back to back and add casters to make rotating DVD storage shelves. With upwards of 1100 DVDs to store, this extra space will really come in handy. I bought materials to make 2 similar items from plywood. Considering materials cost, these are cheaper, easier to assemble, and don't require special finishes. All of these are pluses in my book.

We were not disappointed. The color, design and size was perfect.No assembly was required, my husband only needed to take it out of the shipping box then put in the adjustable shelves.

I am extremely pleased with this cabinet. It is beautifully engineered—the doors are strong and open with ease, even when full. (7" clearance is required on each side of the cabinet to open its doors.) It is beautifully constructed and its finish appears to be hand rubbed lacquer with a definite red glow. It is obviously constructed of 100% hard wood, including the back and strong 1/2" shelves. Prior to ordering I was concerned about interior dimensions and its ability to accommodate collector boxed sets of DVDs. The interior depth of the back of the cabinet is 5 & 3/4" and the door storage depth is 5 & 5/8". I have had no problem fitting my entire DVD collection into the cabinet including "BAND OF BROTHERS" and "THE PACIFIC," although I did have to position them opposite standard size DVDs. It was packaged good and was delivered in 10 days. Positioning the shelves was the only assembly required. I am so pleased with the product that I plan to order a second one.
